32 HR Broker Remedial Real Estate Course: New York Real Estate Broker Remedial Course is offered in a variety of flexible schedules. Instructor handouts and review materials are included in tuition. Tuition includes a non-refundable $25.00 application processing fee. 32 HR Broker Remedial Real Estate Course Price: $250.00 New York State passed a law increasing the education requirement for a broker license from a 45 hour course to a 75 hour course, effective December 21, 2022. The 32 Hour Remedial Broker Qualifying Course is necessary to "bridge the gap" to meet the new 75 hour course requirement needed as of December 21, 2022. This course will satisfy the additional 32 hours now needed to apply for a NYS real estate license. The 32-Hour Broker Remedial course is designed for broker applicants, who successfully completed the 75-hour salesperson pre-licensing course and the 45-hour broker pre-licensing course prior to December 21, 2022. It contains 32 hours of supplemental content that is required for new broker applicants to meet the current state requirement of 152 hours. No state exam is given for the 32-hour Broker Remedial Course, however, students must take school exam and pass an end of the course.
