In the event that a product or course is listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products of courses listed incorrectly. Payment Terms, Orders, Quotes A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards and there is no credit card surcharges imposed by A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Terms of payment are within A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. s sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. payment must be received by A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. prior to acceptance of a product order or course enrollment. Orders are not binding upon A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. until accepted by A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. Any quotations given by A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. will be valid for the period stated in the quotation. Real Estate salesperson course and brokers course must be completed (passing the school exam) within 4(four) months from the start date after 4 months an extra charge will be applied. Delivery Terms We ship promptly based on product availability. You must provide a delivery address, as we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Mexico, Canada and some rural locations may require additional delivery time and additional charges. All orders outside the U.S. are subject to duty; it is the purchaser responsibility for duty cost and/or taxes. We regret that we cannot ship outside North America at this time. Title passes upon shipment and risk of loss passes upon delivery by our carriers. A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control. Products offered by A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. are shipped as a domestic sale to the purchaser. Refund Policy All books and learning materials purchased through the A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. are nonrefundable. Course fees are nonrefundable except under the following circumstances: If a student cancels a course, the student is entitled to a full refund, credit, or transfer to another course of their choice. The course cancellation policy only applies if the student notifies the A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp. within three business days of their course start date. Once you show up for the first course session, all fees are no longer refundable. In the event that the A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute, Corp., cancels a course, the student is entitled to a full refund, credit, or transfer to another course of their choice with two months of notification of the course cancellation.
